MONROVIA – A new era in domestic courier and logistics services is unfolding in Liberia with the official launch of Tuokpeh Expedited Mail & Logistics Services (TEM&LS), a company established to provide reliable, secure  and timely delivery of parcels, documents, and goods across the country.

Operating as a domestic courier and expedited mail service provider, TEM&LS aims to support Postal Affairs Ministry’s efforts in fostering   reliable mail delivery services within Liberia.

The company offers parcel and document delivery, logistics support, warehousing, distribution services, and door-to-door pickup solutions tailored to individuals, businesses, and institutions.

According to the  Founder of the Company, Cllr. Lawrence Wah Jackson,  a Liberian based in the USA, TEM&LS  seeks partnership with government agencies, domestic firms and international courier networks to strengthen the movement and distribution of goods throughout Liberia.

The vision behind the company dates back over two decades.

The idea was conceived in February 2000 by the Founder, Cllr. Lawrence Wah. Jackson, then head of Liberia’s Expedited Mail Service, during an operational visit to EMS-Ghana to assess mail routing systems.

At the time, Liberia’s postal services struggled with frequent delivery delays that eroded public trust in communication and shipping services.

Discussions with Ghanaian counterparts inspired the concept of creating a reliable domestic expedited mail system for Liberia. Although the idea was not initially embraced within the postal framework,Cllr. Jackson continued to develop the concept over the years.

Today, after more than twenty-five years, that vision has materialized in

the launch of TEM&LS.

Cllr.  Jackson says the company operations is  being guided by core values of integrity, customer-centered service, innovation, security and collaboration.

These principles aim to ensure transparency, accountability, safe handling of items, and continuous improvement through technology and partnerships.

TEM&LS provides a range of services including domestic courier and expedited mail delivery, logistics and distribution support through storage and warehousing, contract and partnership services, and efficient pickup and delivery solutions designed for convenience.

According to Cllr.  Jackson,   the company long-term goal is to become Liberia’s most trusted courier and logistics provider, helping government improve connectivity, business operations, and national development through dependable delivery services.

‘‘Our  mission is to provide secure, reliable, and efficient courier and logistics services across Liberia,” a company statement noted.

“Every parcel and document entrusted to us will be delivered with speed, care, and integrity.”

Industry observers believe the arrival of TEM&LS could significantly buttress government’s efforts in improving  domestic logistics operations and support commerce, government services and individual communication needs across Liberia.
